Evaluation Task 5

                           How did you attract/address your audience?

First of all, looking back on our product and the indented target audience (young people from 13-25 years old) I can make a conclusion that our audience can took pleasure from our opening sequence in different ways. For example, by watching qualitative picture as our coursework was filmed on very good camera, namely Sony NXR-NX5. Below you can observe the photo of the camera which has filmed our opening sequence. The photo was made during the editing process. 

Moreover, I consider that our soundtrack is also in high level as we tried to do our best for achieving good emotions among our audience not only when they watch our coursework, but listen it as well. Our opening sequence "Detrimental used a vide range of different sounds which created the atmosphere of reality. As a consequence, obviously audience likes watch films that do not look falsely and artificially.

Additionally, we attract the audience through the use of the handsome main character. This will attract primarily the female part of our audience. This can be supported by the fact that nowadays a lot of girls all over the world prefer to watch films with handsome male actors in the main role (e.g. "The Great Gatsby" and Leonard DiCaprio or eminent TV series "Supernatural" with Jenson Ackles in the role of Dean Winchester). The photo below illustrates Phillip who played the main role in our opening sequence, additionally he is a member of our group. (the shot was taken from the opening sequence).

Compare it with the main character of famous series 'Supernatural' James Ackles.

We are appealing the male part of our target audience by using qualitative picture and sound as we spent a lot of time trying to do our best in order to achieve good final result and I consider that our soundtrack is on high level. It was scientifically proved that men pay more attention to such technical details than women. To my mind, it is obvious because usually men are more interested in all modern devices as well as with new innovations in various spheres of technique. Therefore, the male part of ou target audience definitely are going to pay more attention on such details as qualitative and good sound.

Overall, we are appealing young people from 13 to 25 years old by using different ways. We are appealing the female part of our audience by using handsome male actor and the male part of our target audience by using qualitative picture and sound.
